HeBoCoat® Spray Line

The high performance boron nitride products in spray form. This product line offers rapid process aids for small application areas. Thanks to the simple handling and short drying times, the simplicity of using the spray can is convincing during the production process. Available in three different formulations, ranging from 12.5% up to 20% Boron nitride content and with polymer or SiO₂ binder. Coating colour is white, it has very good surface adhesion as well as very high release action and lubricant effect even at high temperatures. Regarding processing, it is easy to apply, it has good surface wetting, quick drying due to the ethanol content and high level of cleanliness compared to other release and lubricating agents. due to is boron nitride content, is resistant up to 900ºC in air and 2000ºC under inert gas or vacuum. Delivered in ready to use 500ml tin can, 12 tin cans in a box. The boron nitride products of the HeBoCoat® SPRAY LINE are used, among others, in aluminium extrusion for the coating of pressing tools, as release agent and surface protection for welding and soldering processes, anti-spatter or in PVD systems for producing precisely accurate protective coatings.
